How to make your hotel reservation

2 of the 3 registration categories include one-night accommodation complementary in double room for single use on Wednesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 18.

The assignment of hotel depends of the selected registration category as follows:

Attendee: the Ramada Resort by Wyndham (venue of the conference)

Student: the Giraffe Beach Hotel 

Regional student: Does not include free one-night accommodation. You are requested to book your accommodation either directly at one of the two official conference hotels or at any online travel agency   

During the online registration process you will be asked if you like to accept the free one-night accommodation on Wednesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 18. The  date of the free one-night cannot be changed or deducted from the registration fee in case you reject to accepted the free one-night accommodation.

If you accept the free one-night accommodation, you will be asked if you like to be contacted to add extra night(s) at your own cost. If you accepted to be contacted you will at the same time accept that your contact details will be shared with the assigned hotel, who will contact you directly. 

The free one-night accommodation cannot be guaranteed for registrations and any payments received after May 15, and will depend on availability. We highly recommend to register as early as possible to gain full benefit of the registration cost.
